You may submit the full text of your manuscript before 15 October at 5pm (Malaysia Time) to be considered for publication in the affiliated journals. There is no guarantee to review or accept your submission. All submissions will be sent to the affiliated journals and they choose the manuscripts they are interested in. Thus, if you are not contacted by the journal editors until 10 November 2021, it means your manuscript has not been selected by any of the editors. How to participate in the conference on 11 September?
OPENING and CLOSING sessions
You are invited to attend the conference opening and closing sessions on 11 Sep. Many of the participants have won awards. The results of the awards competition will be announced in the opening session (part 1 of the awards) and closing session (part 2 of the awards). The opening and closing sessions will be streamed on YouTube. See the YouTube link in the Conference Schedule table above.
Conference ONLINE PARALLEL sessions
If your submission has been selected for online presentation, you should present your work at the conference live parallel sessions during the allocated time. We will use Zoom for our live presentations. Click here for the details of parallel sessions and their links. Each presenter has been allocated 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. To download your zoom background click here please.
If your submission has been selected for offline presentation, you may participate in the online parallel sessions if you are interested.

Call for Abstracts
The COVID-19 pandemic is challenging for leaders and all economic agents who have to adjust their usual way of dealing with legal, business and economic activities. The current situation sheds light on the increasingly global interdependence, and the need for institutional synergies and a better understanding of cooperation and discussion between researchers, educationists, marketers, and policy makers.
This conference is a continuation of Business, Law, and Management (BLM 2020): An International e-Conference and International Conference on Advanced Marketing (ICAM 2020) organized by Taylor’s University and University of Kelaniya respectively. Along with the necessity to strengthen the synergies, Faculty of Business and Law, Taylor’s University and Department of Marketing Management, University of Kelaniya are proud to jointly host the international conference entitled “BLM2-ICAM4: An International Joint e-Conference”. The theme of this joint conference is Broadening the Horizons of Business: Going beyond Normal.
We cordially invite researchers, practitioners, and academics from all fields of social sciences to submit papers to the e-conference. This e-conference will provide an open platform for scholars and practitioners from all over the world to meet and share their current research as well as to exchange ideas and information on new developments in the field.

Conference Papers Publishing
All abstracts will be published in the conference proceeding, ‘BLM2-ICAM4: An International Joint e-Conference’. Moreover, there are publication opportunities in the journals affiliated to the conference.
Our goal is to create a thoroughly free platform for scholars and practitioners from all over the world to share their current scholarly work and promote ‘quality’ research. In this vein, by affiliating decent peer-reviewed journals to the conference, we emphasize on quality publication.
Authors of the selected abstracts will be invited to submit their full manuscripts after the conference. The submissions that meet the minimum required quality by the journals listed below would be considered for publication in these journals subject to the terms and condition of each journal. Note than BLM2-ICAM4 does not guarantee any paper acceptance/publication in the affiliated journals. The decision to review/accept/publish any submission is in the hands of the editorial team of the affiliated journals.
